«Kiss Kiss Bang Bang» par The Specimen pour ouvrir ce nouveau chapitre d’Amnesia, chapitre n°10 consacré, comme annoncé lors de la dernière émission par un titre de Bauhaus, à la Batcave.
Le
terme même de Batcave provient du nom d’une célèbre boîte de nuit londonienne,
The Batcave, ouverte de 82 à 85 et qui se démarqua rapidement des autres hauts
lieus de la vie nocturne de la capitale anglaise du fait de la singularité de
son décor morbide, de son ambiance décadente et de sa musique. Nombre des
groupes fondateurs du genre s’y sont produits, mais ce serait à mon avis une
erreur que de cataloguer comme Batcave toute formation y ayant un jour ou
l’autre donné un concert.
Le
mot d’ordre de l’équipe du club était «Asolutely no funk», ainsi que la
playlist de cette émission en témoignera.

"Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" by The Specimen to open this new chapter of Amnesia, Chapter number 10 devoted, as announced at the end of the last show with a song by Bauhaus, to the Batcave.
The term of Batcave comes from the name of a famous London nightclub, The Batcave, open from 82 to 85 and which quickly won people of other high places of the English capital's nightlife because of its unusual morbid decoration, its decadent atmosphere and music. Many of the founding groups of the genre played there one day or another, but in my opinion it would be a mistake to label as batcave any band which played there.
Nevertheless the motto of the club team was "Asolutely no funk" as the playlist of this show will show you...
